Excellent experience. Forrest was very quick to respond and is extremely knowledgeable in his trade. We discussed my preferences and I was provided with several quality options. The chalet we chose was the perfect Whistler home and every detail was addressed. We will certainly recommend them, and will work with Whistler Property Services team again to purchase a property in the near future

I saw a listing for a three bedroom apartment in Creekside on Craigslist two weeks ago and e-mailed the posting right away. One of the agents responded to me after a few days asking if I had availability the same day, I was unable to as I was already at work. I responded with my availability for the week and requested to view the house, he never responded... after two follow-up e-mails I saw there was a contact number posted to the window of the apartment (I live two doors down) a different gentleman from the one I e-mailed answered - not only did he ask ME to call him back (poor customer service) he never responded after I called a few times and sent a text to ask when is the most convenient time to give him a call back and he never replied. It's unfortunate the experience I have received through Whistler Property Services. I simply don't understand the lack of communication, how can you completely stop responding and ignore a potential client or not. I am in utter shock and I just don't understand WHY they would even behave this way? I understand we don't need a 5 star service, but some integrity to at least respond and not ignore phone calls. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Would never recommend.
