In the last 28 years I have moved 7 times for work. Most of my realestste agents have been very good. William is by far the best agent I have had.

My wife and I were very happy with Williams service, knowledge, flexibility and guidance.

William didn't just try and sell us the first home we liked. He has years of construction and realestate knowledge. He would point out possible issues, things that wouldn't meet building code etc.

I would highly recommend William. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be using William to list our home if we move again.

Beyond realestate William was able to recommend many good contractors, restaurants, points of interest.

First off I would like to say how disrespected my partner and I felt today. We had booked an appointment with William today for 9am @ the property. We arrived early as we are currently living a fair distance away from Tillsonburg and wanted to give ample time for traffic. I took the day off from work to fit this appointment into my schedule.

Once my partner and I arrived at the property we started talking about it and getting excited to be talking about this potential new chapter in our lives together.

But, the time started to pass and our feeling about the situation; William had put us in ended negatively.

He missed the appointment, didn’t show up and didn’t even have the respect of letting us know of a cancellation. My partner even called their receptionist and after a short conversation of being interrupted on the phone was hung up on. That didn’t help matters.

Our day has been ruined and I do not plan on asking William for any professional service in the future

THis is the 3rd time we hired William's services.This time he helped us rent out our property in Guelph.He is very experienced,knowledgeable and patient.The way he dealt with the existing tenants while showings goes to show how great he is at navigating through complicated situations.I would highly recommend William whether you were buying ,selling or renting out a property as we have used his services for all the three occasions.He always puts his client's first >we navigated all three dealings remotely and this couldnt have been possible without William.He made everything seem so smooth.Would highly recommend William.
