I enjoyed my 2 bedroom apartment very much. It was in a quiet location but very close to many ammenities. It was very spacious large rooms with lots of closet space. It was clean and newly renovated. The building manager Melvin was excellent! He did an amazing job keeping everything clean and quickly resolved any issues. He is very friendly and went over and above his duties. I highly recommend this property.

Recently moved in to Campbell Place in Sault Ste. Marie with my sister who has some health issues. We needed something easier for us. Very happy with the cleanliness and maintenance of the building so far. Very friendly tenants as well! Location and view from higher floors is spectacular as well! Definitely happy so far!

Just moved to one of Williams & McDaniel property management's apartment this year. I'm enjoying here with my family in this apartment. It has a good amount of storage space with a deck, which is not common for the apartments.
Lindsay, our property manager is responsive to address any questions or concerns. I appreciate her dedication in making our living environment clean, comfortable and safe.
I'm satisfied with Williams & McDaniel property management and highly recommend it.

I recently had a fantastic experience when I wanted to check new apartments in Guelph. Lorrie helped us visit the apartment twice and was very friendly on the call.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service by Lorrie. Any questions I had were answered promptly. It was clear that they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in managing their properties.

Rosewood Place Sault Ste. Marie, ON. It's a real pleasure to have Cris as our building manager. He's very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and Cris quickly came and fixed it, despite him being out and enjoying some personal time. He's very efficient, hardworking and always available to the tenants. He keeps the building and yard really clean and in good repair. Cris and his family are a welcomed addition to Rosewood Place.

55 Lewis Road in Sault Ste. Marie, ON...I just had my annual inspection and the on-site building manager, Marvin, is great...he was very thorough and is always polite and appropriately friendly. He truly cares about the tenants and the premises. The building is always clean and he attends to problems in a timely manner. I love my apartment...thank you!

My wife and I have lived in the village green court houses for 3 years. We are beyond happy with our landlord, Prince, who is always there for us when we need assistance with something. He’s kept the complex in great condition and always says hi when he passes by outside. Very happy to have him as our landlord and to be living in our home.
