I am not a relative or Friend of Evan Neale, but after months of trying to settle accounting issues with Wilson, one day i talked to Evan Neale, explained our concerns, and without any resistance, Evan got to the bottom of our concerns ( our Corporation), gave us a clear action plan, and got quick results that our Board was very pleased with. His immediate response and solution to our problems was really refreshing, to say the least. Now, i want him to be our "Key" go to guy for all of are issues, but he did politely remind me that Accounting is his Forte, not turf Management!
He is a REAL asset to this firm, so Wilson, take care if this Guy!!

I will like to explain why one star rating....
I have to give one star because there is no zero.
This management company has the most unqualified and untrained property manager that I ever dealt with in my life, Annamaria from Waterloo branch.
The contractors, she hires, are dishonest and cutting corners as she is incapable to chek on them.
They were teling her things that were not true. I spent my time to prove that they were simply lying to her with emails, pictures and videos that she ignored. The corporation is throwing our money off the window with those peaple.
If you don't know the basic steps how to deal with a simple leak, you are not good to be a manager. She faild to do her job by not checking up on her contractors and not following up with me.
She was about to let me for 4 days with water coming though my bedroom ceiling because the plumbers, she hired with my money, were lying to her. I pay almot 700$ in condo fee, in time, every month, just to be treated this way. Why? Because they can. I had to call after hours emergency number and the manager on call was kind enough to listen to my concerns.
The restauration company, that she hire after the leak, close the ceiling without even drying it out. A lot of wet drywall was left inside the ceiling because they didn't care to replaced it or drying it out.
The manager's boss, Natashia, said to me that the ceiling is closed now and if I don't like the way the "repair" was done to hire a contractor to fix the problem.They created the problem by not acting when I made them aware of what is happening during the restoration process.Why I should be the one fixing it now? She was asking me for solutions to bring them up to the Board meeting...Isn't that your job? You are paid to give expertise to the Board, not me.
I did bring these issues to her attention but she ignored everything I said. If you don't distinguish between wet and dry you are not good to be anything, never mind manager. If you don't respect peaple that pay your salary you should be fired.
Their boss, Jeff, should not cover for them, he should offer them training or fire them. It is that simple.
WB bosses should not tolerate this kind of incompetence as she is representing this company.
Wake up WB until is not to late!

The condo my mother owns has been entered illegally nearly every times she leaves.
The prior custodians were partially to blame. Now the same illegal entries are occurring as frequently with more damage and theft.
Her car windshield was smashed costing her 800 dollars. As well as the untold damages when she's out, she spoke to a manager here and showed him the damaged floors, property and missing items and explained how she is being held hostage here. As well she has had a birrage of intermittent stomach illness when she is away for any length of time, finding odd marks and debris on the fridge, handles and utensils.
The ones that aren't stolen!
Safety and security are the top priorities of the condo board and management company.
You guys need to know who and what are occupying your condos and the damage they may leave to your reputation as well as the very actionable position you are putting you in.

Addendum. The theft/robbery indeed was talked about at the meeting the other nite..
However this was many days- almost one week after the event occurred. Kind of late even though we await formal police report. A notification should have gone out.
There are many doctors and nurses-that live at the building and other shift workers- who come and go at all hours of the day and night. By failing to alert resident/ owners---The. safety of individuals-may have been placed at risk-

I am laughing right now. Wilson Blanchard steeps even lower. They reported me to Google for 2 different names. Good try. I recently got married hence the different names. Glowala for maiden name and Dubaich for married name. Good try. Snarky comebacks will not stop me from posting true reviews about this company. Sickening. Glad there is a new board. Numerous residents with lots of complaints. Hope for changes soon.

I have so much to say about this condo management. While renting an apartment in Burlington, we faced several issues: packages being stolen, fire alarms constantly going off, and a lack of response to our inquiries.

Three months after we moved in, we received a letter fining us for having two dogs. This was confusing since we only have one dog, which we reported when we moved in. The letter didn’t warn us about having more than one dog; it simply STATED we had two. After discussing this with the landlord, we came to the conclusion that the letter was meant for the previous renter.

Another issue we faced was the theft of our brand new bikes from the underground parking lot. Despite being locked and the presence of numerous cameras, along with the need for a fob to access the area (fob is needed to get in and out), our bikes were stolen. When we reported this to Kelly, her initial response was unbelievable—she claimed the bikes were still there. If they were, we wouldn't be reporting the theft. After checking the cameras, she mentioned that two individuals went directly to our bikes without wearing masks, so no concerns in covering their identities. We requested to see the video, but she refused due to “privacy”. Privacy for the thieves? She hadn’t even checked the other cameras to track their entry and exit; we had to prompt her to do so. She said “they were probably tailgating. Tailgating at 11pm?
Ultimately, nothing came of it, and we decided to move out.

I am an Owner at the Jackson Condominiums
One of the first buyers here actually. Many owners including my husband and I are dissatisfied with Wilson Blanchard Mgmt. Poor ....communication.lackluster or no email replies to questions. Need to send 3 emails only to receive curt response/reply.Condescending and unprofessional replies. Theft at the building several days ago. No notification to owners. Heard through the rumor mill. Marcell Cormier is very rude. DO BETTER!

I recently encountered a couple of issue with my home and happy to say Dorian Mehmeti, the condominium Manager assured me he would get the issue looked at immediately. True to his word, within days I had workman at the house for quotes and all repairs were completed promptly. It's very satisfying to know our condo Manager is reliable and quick to respond.
