I can’t say enough great things about Broad St. Properties in Windermere! Louise, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find my home, and her dedication doesn’t stop there. Anytime I have an issue, I message Louise, and she gets back to me right away. She quickly sends Leo, who is incredible at fixing everything, no matter what it is.

As someone without other family nearby to rely on, it’s such a relief knowing that Louise and Leo are always there to help. It gives me and my parents such peace of mind to know that everything is taken care of. I’m so grateful for the support and professionalism of this team. Thank you for making life so much easier!

Great place to rent in Cold Lake. Close to everything, good sq.ft. Broadstreet solves any issue you may have asap. I really recommend the place if you are moving to Cold Lake.

Love the layout and how much space they have. Love how the staff cares the curb-side appeal and how the area is kept. The low damage deposit is a huge plus!! The staff are all so friendly when either visiting the office or when any of them are seen out and about at either of the sites. Kaylee is a very fair and friendly site manager who always does her best to make sure the sites are kept maintained as well as rules are followed but always does it with a big smile. I love our home while living in the townhomes!!!

My family and I have been renting here for almost a year and we have been very happy. Nice, spacious and simple layout. Quiet area. The ladies in the office are great to deal with as well as maintenance. Rent is more than reasonable. Also very accommodating to pets which is such a bonus. Overall a great renting experience so far! I was first attracted to this property because it was newly built and fairly priced. It is walking distance to many of the services and shops in the downtown business core: Walmart, Boston Pizza, Original Joes, Tim Hortons, banks, barbers, etc. The property manager is incredible supportive, professional, and kind. I moved in on a holiday (Mother's Day) and she was kind enough to make herself available. The families and people that are moving into the surrounding townhomes are cordial and friendly.

Pooorly constructed. Wall was seperating from the stairs while living there, top wall in the hallway was bowing terribly.

Not to mention: we patched all the walls and painted what we could, repaired stuff that was even neglected in our move in survey, and they still want $1000 from us cause it "has never been this damaged"

Wanting to bill $1200 mainly in wall repaint?! I am not a contractor by any means, but that is ridiculous!

Oh and the property managers love to basically snipe you for anything and try to tack a fee onto it. So if you want to live here, I won't stop you, but know you're basically moving into a poorly constructed building, with very very VERY shotty management.
