Lived here for 2 years. First year was decent but then they moved in a family with three small kids in an apartment above us (2,4 and 5 year old). It was a living nightmare. Management does not care about residents peace and quiet as families with multiple small children are usually offered main floor apartments. On top of that there is no heat regulation in the apartments. There is a thermostat that does nothing. Even if you turn off the baseboard heater still unbearably hot. Average temperature in the apartment in the winter was 27 degrees which is very unhealthy. I would not recommend this apartment complex

This place was my home for 3 years and I loved every bit of it. From maintenance staff and office staff they always care about their residents. The writing on the front building door says “welcome home” it truly is home. Very clean building surrounded by a ton of grocery stores/restaurants and so many things all within walking distance. I miss it greatly

I was so pleased at how quickly I felt at home here! All of the staff are very professional and responsive, and made us feel so welcome when we moved in. The on-site management and maintenance crew are friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The suites are comfortable, with in-suite laundry and decent storage space. And it's great to be within close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, fitness centres, and walking trails, with easy access to Circle and McOrmond. Great value in a great area of the city!

I’ve lived here with my family for 3 months now and we really love it. The management staff here Nicole Mindley, she’s is top-notch 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Always eager to help, prompt to responding to calls and providing solutions, friendly and polite. Also the maintenance team is very effective and nice people. We have really felt at home from day one. Thanks Nicole for always been there.

Windsor apartment have stood the test of time and true to the brand which is reputed for premium treatment and hospitality of all its resident. We have enjoyed every bit of our stay here, from should courteous staff to lovely and well maintained apartment to timely response to maintenance related issues.

Moved in about 9 months ago, cigarette burns on the carpet on move in, dishwasher still does not work, one of the shelves in the fridge is broken so I’ve had to tape it so my things don’t fall out everytime I open the door. There are birds nests literally in every outdoor vent which makes the patio disgusting I never want to sit outside.
Management is unaccommodating and unsympathetic towards residents needs. The maintenance team is okay and they are always around the building and friendly.
Positive note is the building next door is almost done construction on this side so no longer getting woken up first thing in the morning.

The new caretaker, Ntshika, lacks basic manners, and the management’s handling of the situation is subpar. The unprofessionalism is evident and reflects poorly on the facility’s standards. Not somewhere I would recommend

We love the apartment we live.Area is awesome. Great place and quiet building. We have a beautiful view from our apartment.Natalie from the management team is such a lovely person who helped us with quite a lot of things from Day 1 especially with the settlement.Wonderful people work here. Well maintained building.Must try..
