Dr. Nolan has been so great helping me get the answers to some health issues I've been having. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. She answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. The office staff has also been very friendly and easy to work with. I enjoy their online portal system. It's user friendly and I am able to see all my test results, scheduled
appointments, any paperwork needed and make my copay payment as well. All that makes for a smooth check in. I am so glad I made the decision to switch to Women's Care with Dr. Nolan.

Extremely pleased with the level of care received. In addition, my physician actually listened and took the time necessary to address all my questions & concerns thoroughly. I will say that I never had any problems with Women’s Care Florida when my body was healthy and strong. It wasn’t until a year ago, something changed and I’ve had recurring infections nonstop going on 10 months and women’s care has dropped the ball BIG TIME! From not listening to my concerns and facts about my body to deliberately ignoring request for specific testing and medication. I tried to reach out to Dana/ Danna several times, who is suppose to be the office manager, so she can help me navigate my options. She never returned any of my calls and when she was able to have a conversation with me in person, she instead was sending a front office rep back and forth to play messenger and then tried to force me to pay office visits when I specifically contacted her in regards to the multiple office visits they were forcing me in without properly finding a solution to my almost year long miserable situation. It’s now the end of July, I have contacted the office and nurses twice in the past two weeks, and nothing.

Love my provider, but who has time for their antiquated appointment system? They refuse to make an appointment a year out for my yearly exam. Instead, I get an invitation to make am appointment online, but cannot specify my provider or the Trinity location. I waited on the phone 35 minutes, made it up to #1 in line, then was bumped back to #27. I give up.

The Doctor is awesome. I hate going there because the lady at the front office likes to ask your personal information in front of everyone in the lobby. I like privacy and they need to find a way to be more discreet. Other than that everything else is good.

I was a patient there for a couple of years. Poor communication- called and left 4 messages and no one returned my calls. Even left a message for the office manager and the call was not returned. I am an RN and I would never treat my patients this way. I have found a new provider.
