My parents have lived in this building for about a year now, and I feel many of the ratings given her are based on negative personal encounters with previous managers. The new building manager Lisa is outstanding! She is very friendly and hard working, and pleasantly addresses tenants concerns in a timely manner. The new maintenance guy is also very friendly and gets things done efficiently compared to previous maintenance workers. As with most apartment dwellings you will find the odd "trouble maker" but they are screening appropriately as of late to ensure responsible people are leasing. Great work to the new management, keep it up guys!

Lisa is an amazing person! She and her boyfriend currently manages the apartments. They were extremely quick to repair issues, often free of cost and within the same day. I have noticed that some reviews might say negative about the apartments. After talking to her I noticed, it wasn't the best before she came. However, after she has come, there are new renovations going on and is significantly better. I stayed there only for a month (September 2017) because of my sudden change in job, but I would definitely recommend it to any one thinking of living in a Fort Saskatchewan Apartment.

wish i could give zero stars. not maintained at all. our apartment flooded, chris did everything he could to help us but connie had no urgency until it was flooded into the living room even then she was snarky and rude. she did nothing but patch up the hole, leaving black mold and causing me to have mold in my lungs. the apartment was very dirty when we moved in and had ants. 0/10

I wish there was some rating in between 3 stars which is supposed to be "it's ok" and 4 which is "liked it". Good price, nice manager, friendly neighbours. Not the cleanest or best kept buildings around, but decent. Good value for the price. One side of the building stinks of smoke and pets, at times. Other side does not.

Edit: While the building manager was reasonable and honest, staff has changed or something, because she was suddenly no longer reachable and someone at this company actually altered the move out report after it was completed and signed by both parties. I wouldn't recommend any Woodsmere rentals after this experience. Even if you do things right, they will take you to collections and it's up to you to either take them to court or to the RTDRS to prove that they made things up/did things wrong/etc. Unreal.

If you are already in a lease with this crooked company, be VERY cautious and retain all your documents and proof that you've done everything right as per the residential tenancies act. Even then, be aware that you may get screwed by Woodsmere's dishonesty and illegal practices, regardless of whether you do everything right and know your rights as a tenant.

Elevator not working almost every other week we have to use the stairs people with babies cant use their stroller for a walk it stays like that for days no solution the managment just say we called them lets wait ...unblievable.I wish I could give it 0 stars no considerations for residents.

Not much to like . Cheapest deal in town. If you like bed bugs and raising a family around drugs and drinking sign up. The units are dated and forget about getting repaires done
