Worsley Urban and their contractors Cara Hirsch & Associates (who handle the selection of colour & finishes as well as customer inquiries) are shady to say the least. When choosing finishes I was talked into an upgrade of vinyl flooring when the standard flooring that came with the suite was engineered hardwood. So they charged more money for a cheaper product - a brilliant way to improve margins isn't it? They also denied making changes to my unit that I requested, by claiming they're impossible to do, but are willing to accommodate others with the same request. I would be remiss if I did not mention their rudeness and unresponsiveness. I would strongly recommend considering other builders if you are looking to buy a property from plans. They are not averse to screwing you to help their bottom line.

Went for a colour selection appointment for their Totem project. The location was awkward and difficult to get to with the one way streets. Ended up being 10 minutes late but then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes when a pair of loud, obnoxious women came for the next appointment talking about how they had to be seen on time. The lady in charge decided to bring these two women in first saying that the appointment will be quick. 40 minutes later, we were still waiting and had to remind them that we were still there. Finally, after waiting for 60 minutes in their not very comfortable, makeshift reception area, we were brought in for our appointment. No introduction, no apology, just straight to business. At the end of the appointment, which only took us 20 minutes, we brought up the improper handling of the situation. There was still no apology, just excuses that since we were 10 minutes late for our appointment, she thought it was right that people who arrived 20 minutes after us should be seen first. Not impressed.

I second what the last poster said - this builder will do anything to make money and dodges quality at every turn. Living in their buildings is a one way street to shoddy quality everything, zero responses and being charged for literally anything while not accountable for their inept operations
