Lived here as a tenant for 3 years in a 1-bedroom unit that was newly built. The neighborhood is great - peaceful and close to many grocery options and restaurants. Easy access to highway. However, the building quality is very questionable - lots of things started to break-down even from 1 year in (e.g. cracks on wall, cabinets falling off, floors sliding, etc.). Top that with hellish management company with some bs rules, it makes the living a bit undesirable for the cost imo. They also charge (non-refundable) for using the elevator during moving in/out. Crooks.

The place is nice, but the service that the owners pay for is extremely poor. Do not expect anything with common sense. The real estate developer charges abnormally high costs for everything that the owners must pay.
