I rarely take time to do reviews, but the service you get from this guy needs to be talked about.
I reached out to Carson two years ago to help sell my condo. Every year it seemed the market was going down, and I wanted to hold on hoping it would go up. Over those years, he met with me numerous times to look at potential homes, that was without even listing the current one.
In a challenging condo market, he was able to sell for the price I wanted. He never pressured me to do anything other than what I was comfortable with. Once I had gotten an offer on the condo, he spent the next two weeks house hunting to get me the perfect home. He made this such a fun process from start to finish, I will admit I was a little sad once the house hunting had come to an end.
