Yemi did a fantastic job with everything. He is professional, honest and flexible. He was able to negotiate 4500 above asking and my condo was sold just after a few days of listing.
Yemi helped me in 2022 with my condo, but unfortunately the market wasn't great with the interest rates starting to climb. Yemi was understanding to my situation and we paused selling. Fast forward to 2024 I'm glad we were able to get the deal done and sell my condo.
