This isn't our first time buying a house, and we've dealt with several agents, but the professionalism of Yifei is truly commendable. When we were shopping around for our future home, He provided us with lots of information on what to pay attention to (we were buying a piece of land, and land purchase comes with many hidden pitfalls if you are inexperienced). During the negotiation stage, they successfully cut the price by nearly 15%. In the mortgage application stage, we encountered some issues, and Yifei promptly provided emergency plans that pinpointed the problem. During the handover of the property, they went above and beyond to secure us multiple viewing opportunities. Even when our allotted viewing times were used up, they negotiated with the seller and conducted a pre-handover inspection on our behalf. The Yifei team are trustworthy and dependable. When it comes to buying or selling properties in the future, we'll definitely come back to them.
