We have been working with Farid and the team at York National Realty for almost 2 years now. The office, which is considered one of, if not the oldest building in Aurora, used to be "Hartman's Corners School" built in 1938. Farid has done a beautiful job with the restorations and even if you're not looking into real estate, it's certainly a historic building to check out! York National Realty has recently celebrated it's 10 year anniversary which we took part in and celebrated with a lot of prominent members of the community of Aurora. I have come to learn that this brokerage specializes in luxury residential real estate as well as commercial properties in York region. Working with a roster of brokers and realtors from all over Ontario, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Farid and the team at York National Realty for any assistance in Real Estate, Property Development and Investments. They do fantastic marketing and know the area as best as anybody, but offer a very private and exclusive service that allows clients to make significant decisions with ease and expertise. There are two entrances. The main one off Wellington, across from the Go Train Station. If you have a vehicle you can enter off Centre St as there is ample parking available.
