Selling your home is a major decision. As a senior widow, whose home was on a beautiful lake, that decision was very traumatic for me. This was my happy place where my children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren learned to swim, and camp, and grow up with great memories. When I contacted Zack he sat with me and we talked...he understood how I was feeling. He did not pressure me but he came with me (two hours away) to take a look and we agreed that it was a wise decision for me to sell. That was certainly not his only two hour trip, he was happy to meet prospective buyers whenever needed and always had my best interests in mind. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on and when three serious offers came in he negotiated with all three, discussed it with me listing all the pros and cons of each offer but did not at any time pressure me to accept one over the other. He advised me but respected that it was my decision to make. In the end, my decision was the one he would have made himself.
During this whole process Zack did not at any time make me feel old or incompetent (which sometimes happens to senior ladies). He treated me with respect and understanding and was always positive encouraging me to look at a brighter future, a new start. With Zack's help (because it was never a "job" to him) I have a new home without worries, a new beginning, and...best of all...I think I made a new friend. I would recommend this friend to anyone who has this lifechanging decision to make...in fact I already have.
