Zach was really great to work with. We had to travel ~4hour drive for multiple scheduled viewings over the last 4+ months. He was organized and had the property showings scheduled so that we could use our time on site very efficiently. Our viewings were complicated by COVID-19 and he was very professional and understanding regarding our expectations as well as the seller's. Zach was away for one of the weekends and he made arrangements with a colleague from Banff to show the properties. We are now very happy owners of an AWESOME house right in downtown Canmore! We would definitely recommend Zach for your real estate needs; he is personable, knowledgeable, energetic, responsive and a great communicator. We were connected to Zach through another realtor. It was an odd situation and Zach really stepped up and provided top notch customer service. I believe he was on his vacation when he was asked to step in and represent us! He never once worked like he was on vacation. He answered every call, email and text message very quickly. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but he educated us and coached us through a competing bid situation and we were successful! It’s possible he could have slowed down at that point but he didn’t. He continued working hard by offering us great referrals and took care of our walk through. He has great customer service and he’s really good at his job. He was very thoughtful of our time and the deadlines of the sale. Great attention to detail. I hope we have another reason to work together in the future.
