À mon avis, vu mes très mauvaises expériences vécues avec RANI, en aucun cas, même les plus extrêmes, je ne pourrais jamais recommander Zen Residential Limited à quelqu'un, car non seulement elle n'est pas courtoise, mais elle se fout du bien-être des clients et regarde plus l'argent.

Pendant longtemps, j'ai été harcelé verbalement par elle…

I am updating my review after a deeply frustrating experience with Zen Residential. I rented a property from them for four years, and before moving out, I thoroughly cleaned the house and ensured it was in good condition. However, despite my efforts, they took the entirety of my deposit money without reasonable explanation. The building is old, and after living there for four years, some minor wear and tear (such as small patches or marks) is to be expected. These should be considered normal, but Zen Residential unfairly used these small imperfections as a reason to keep my full deposit.

Additionally, my experience was made even worse by the incredibly stressful situation with a neighbor who was mentally unstable. For months, I was subjected to constant threats from this person, including scratching my door with knives and shouting at me every day. It took a shocking three months for Zen Residential to finally take action and remove this individual from the apartment complex. This situation not only impacted my peace of mind but was also incredibly dangerous and unprofessional on their part.

Given these issues—unjustified deposit withholding and the failure to address serious safety concerns with the neighbor—I cannot recommend Zen Residential to anyone. The way they handled these situations was unacceptable, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied with their service.

Avoid at all cost. Poorly managed facilities. Impossible to get ahold of. I have reached out to them multiple times to go over a discrepancy from December 2024. They keep informing me “someone will reach out to you”. It’s been 2 months and nothing.
Be careful with your move out inspections, be very thorough, they will take as much of your damage deposit as they can.
Constant problems with the building, elevators aren’t working, underground parking door gets stuck and you can’t get your vehicle out for a full day. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.
